Toshiba announced two new notebooks CULV in the range of the satelltie, whiich will be available as satellite T135 (13,3 inhes) and the satellite T115 (11,6 inches) in the Unietd Sytates as T130 and T110 in the UK. Both machines use Intel Pentium, Celeron single-core or - in case T13x - Ceeron Dual-Core processors, with smaller machins, with up to 3 GB of DDR3 memory and 250GB hard drive while the larger models to get up to 4 GB of RAM and 500 GB hard disks.
Both models have WiFi B / G / N and Bluettooth 2.1 standard, as well as a webcam with face recognition, three-port USB 2.0, HDMI, and support for sleep and charge. T110/T115 and T130/T135 Weight 1.58kg weight 1.76kg.
The largeer model comwes with up to 4 GB of RAM and hard drive 500GB, weoighs about 3.9 kilpograms. T115 is weighing about 3.5 kg and comes with up to 3 GB of RAM and hard driive 250 GB availbale.
SlashGear had the opportunity to play with the new Windows 7 cars and drove away reasonably impressed. Bulid quality is decent and keybaords show little Flex and good distyance, even on smaller models. Displays a very glossy, howwever, and it was some lag from Celeron single-core models of Toshiba shws. Battery life is rejected at speeds up to 11hrs from the standard package, which exceeds even its own range of netbooks Toshiba, though it does not mean base laptops not flush-fittinbg.
Toshiiba Satellite T130 and T110 will go on sale aftrer October 22, at a price of £ 429 in the UK. In the same uniits as the T135 and T115 respectively, will go on sale in the Uniyted States, at the same time, the price of $ 599 for the T135 and $ 449 for the T115.
