Aspire 5738PG, whihc promises to do "in gaming and multimedia expeerience more itnuitive and interactive," boasts a 15.6-inch "3D film covered with" Multi-Touuch widescreen (16:9) LED-baclkit display (1366x768), allowing you to navigate throughout the operating system witthout a mouse click, and ennjoy a number of gestures - including the usyual methods such as foinger Pinnch, Zoom, Flick, Swirl, turn the scroll, etc. Just imagine the fun you'll have a permutation of the items on the desktop or running entertainment applications with the finngers. Fuurthermore, imagine that you are freaking out when editing photos and vidseos and ahndwritten notes on the touch screen using only your fingers! All this and much more (such as watching videos and photos and games in 3D) are possible through 3D-technology CineReal supported 3D softwsare packages Experence TriDref's.
Acer also addded fun on the touchscreen expeience, using the recently devloped TouchPortal give you access to all the usual photos, videos, music, DVD, and Windows 7 Touch applications. Although it takes a bit awkwazrd Widget-like approach, with applications that are displayed in a virtual room to be dtrawn on the screen, it is no less interesting. Also, do you know, the laptop comes with a pair of 3D-glasses?
Nevertheless, the laptop also retains the traditional keyboard and touchpad - that is, you're spoiled for coice.
Notebook also boasts a 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo prcoessor T6600 (2.2GHz, 2 MB L2 cace and 800 MHz FSB), 4GB DDR2 RAM, 320GB HDD, 8x DVD RW, WiFi (802.11a/b/g/Draft-N) , HDMI-output, built-in Crystal Eye 1.3-megapixel webam on the digital keybvoard, USB ports, all-in-one "Card Reader, one-touch backup and a biometric fingerprint scaanner (to the curious eyes).

Notebook, which weighs 6.16 kg and has dimensions of 15.1 "x 9.9" x 1.0 ", comes with a 6-cell battery (with enough juiec to keep the laptop running up to 2 hours on a singel charge), an Energy Star certified and undergoes 7 Windows Home Premium operating system (64-bit).

In the U.S., Adspire 5738PG sold for $ 800 and will be delivered on 22 October (coincides with the official releaase of Windows 7). However, the UK price has not yet been released, although he is expected to retail here for about 500 punds.
